Not too long ago, I was just another 30-something trying to juggle staying fit and healthy. My journey led me to Triathlon, and I'll be honest – I made my fair share of mistakes along the way. Looking back, I wish I had a coach/ mentor to steer me through those early training days and races and beyond. Learning from my own experiences, I recognise how crucial having someone to guide you can be.
 

I've witnessed firsthand how triathlon provides the perfect sporting focus that is accessible and open to all. It's a journey that not only transforms physical fitness but also enriches overall well-being.

At Give It A Tri, we're not about fancy slogans; we're about sharing experiences, learning from mistakes, and enjoying the ride.
Our mission is straightforward – we want to motivate you to reach your sport and fitness goals through the world of triathlon. We're not here to give you a one-size-fits-all program. Instead, we're all about crafting a personalised triathlon journey that boosts your confidence, provides solid support, and nurtures a genuine passion for endurance sports. And yes, we care about your overall well-being, not just your race times.

PERSONALISED TRIATHLON COACHING

ATHLETE STORIES

I began my running journey with 'Couch to 5K' in September 2022, but an injury in January seemed like such a setback. I found David in May, and then everything clicked. Thanks to his expert guidance, I not only conquered my first Olympic distance triathlon in Brighton in September 2023, but smashed my sub-3-hour goal and took 3rd place in my age group!
